My personal development journey has brought me to this point in my life, where I combine my academic knowledge, fitness and spiritual practices to empower those I meet by providing them with the tools required to shine their light and live the best version of themselves.

Through food we fuel the body, movement we strengthen the body, pranayama we calm the mind, and through reading and meditation we change our lives. Let us come together on this journey of wellness where I give you the tools and strategies to change your life.
