I have worked in the health, fitness and wellness industry for almost 20 years. I am an Association of Nutrition registered Public Health and Sport nutritionist, Applied Sport and Science and Fitness lecturer, Sports Massage Therapist, Pranayama and Meditation practitioner as well as a Network Marketer for Arbonne. My academic background is BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science, MSc Human Nutrition specialising in Sports Nutrition, MSc International Marketing Management.
My fitness qualifications include Exercise to Music, Spin and Indoor Cycling, Level 3 Personal Training, Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Certified 500 RYT Yoga Teacher, and Pranayama and Meditation practitioner. As we transition through life and its many phases, we are forced to learn and relearn who we are, shed old skin and old ways of thinking that no longer serve us, if we are to realise our full potential. Yet many of us manage to never realise our full potential, and that I want to change.

Throughout my journey I have like many endured challenges, trials, and tribulations with many teachers – some not so good, and some supreme. Based on my practices through yoga, pranayama, meditation, nutrition, health and fitness and continual study of personal development, I am now able to help those through their own journey to a more powerful, successful, joyous version of themselves, where there is nothing other than pure abundance in all areas of their life.
What I want for myself, I also want for you. Life is for living, your health doesn’t just include how you look, but how you think, feel, and show up in the world. Through food we fuel the body, movement we strengthen the body, pranayama we calm the mind, and through reading and meditation we change our lives.
